对40例正常成人应用头胸导联(HC)与wilson导联进行全同步检查,结果提示HC导联各波波幅在各导联点普遍高于wilson导联(P<0.01或P<0.05),而且wilson导联能表达的HC都能表达,甚至wilson导联难以表达的,HC也能表达.这表明以HC取代wilson导联是可能的.
Forty patients with normal adult head and neck lead (HC) and wilson lead for full synchronization examination, the results suggest that HC wave amplitude in each lead point is generally higher than wilson lead (P <0.01 or P <0.05) , And wilson leads express HC, even wilson leads are difficult to express and HC can express, which indicates that it is possible to replace wilson lead with HC.
