作为一名教师,最头痛的莫过于班上的学困生,他们不仅成绩差,还调皮,上课不用心听讲,还影响其他同学的学习。通过课堂观察、课外谈话等多种形式对学困生加以关注,经过认真分析,发现他们的心理个性存在着许多共同点:感知的复杂性;注意的不稳定性;心境多变,毅力脆弱;自尊心极强,极端自卑。对学困生的教育首要在于情感教育,从丰富的精神方面感化学生,引导学生。
