用透射比、光电导和发光光谱术研究了Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe近带边缘的光学及光电特性,给出了能隙E_g上部和下部吸收系数的经验表达式,讨论了E_g(Urbach尾迹)以下的跃迁的物理性质,并对由合金无序及浅能级所引起的效应作了判别。
The optical and optical properties of the near-band edge of Hg_ (1-x) Cd_xTe were studied by transmittance, photoconductivity and luminescence spectroscopy. Empirical expressions of the upper and lower absorption coefficients of the bandgap E_g were given. E_g (Urbach trail ) Below the physical properties of the transition, and the disordered and shallow alloy caused by the effect of discrimination.
