随着时代的发展,越来越多的“80后”和“90后”新生代员工步入职场。将新生代员工管理作为研究对象,围绕新生代员工的特殊性,为传统的“以人为本”的管理模式充实了新的元素和内涵。以万科集团优秀的新生代员工管理模式为例,对其给企业带来的创新工作模式、引入咨询服务、建立交流平台、加强岗位流动等影响进行深入分析。
With the development of the times, more and more “80s” and “90s” new-generation employees have stepped into the workplace. The new generation of employee management as the research object, focusing on the special nature of the new generation of employees, for the traditional “people-oriented ” management model has enriched the new elements and content. Taking Vanke’s excellent new-generation employee management model as an example, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the innovative work mode brought by it to the enterprise, introducing consulting services, establishing an exchange platform and strengthening the flow of posts.
