通过实验法,探索不同锻炼方式对大学生的焦虑和抑郁的影响效果差异,以便采用不同形式的体育锻炼方法来降低大学生的焦虑和抑郁水平,以便更好维护和促进他们的心理健康,同时丰富他们的业余生活。经过12周的实验研究,结果显示:1)体育锻炼能够降低大学生的焦虑和抑郁水平;2)篮球和长跑对降低大学生焦虑水平没有显著性差异;3)篮球比长跑更有利于降低大学生抑郁水平。
