进行了直动尖底从动件盘形凸轮机构的有限元仿真分析。以一对凸轮机构为实例,建立它的ANSYS仿真模型,通过凸轮从动件动力学分析,得出了其瞬态时的位移和速度曲线、位移和加速度曲线等,为凸轮机构的优化设计与改进提供了理论依据和设计原则。 The finite element simulation analysis of the disc cam mechanism with straight-driven tip and bottom follower was carried out. A pair of cam mechanism is taken as an example to establish its ANSYS simulation model. Through the dynamic analysis of the cam follower, the displacement and velocity curves, displacement and acceleration curve are obtained for the transient state of the cam mechanism. Improvement provides a theoretical basis and design principles.
