针对深井、超深井用井下工具耐压性能检测要求,设计了一套超高压自动试压检测装置。装置采用两级气驱液体泵对待测工具进行注水和增压,试验压力可达140 MPa。试压过程中的注水、排气、增压、保压和泄压全过程由PLC和工控机监控,测试数据自动记录保存。用该装置对井下工具的耐压密封性能进行了试压检测,得到试压过程压力-时间关系曲线。结果表明,该装置能对井下工具的耐压密封性能进行快速、准确、安全地检测,提高了试压检测系统的试验压力和效率,具有较强的工程实用性。
Aiming at the requirement of pressure resistance testing of downhole tools in deep and ultra-deep wells, a set of automatic pressure testing device for ultra-high pressure was designed. The device uses two-stage gas-flooding liquid pump to inject and pressurize the test tool, and the test pressure can reach 140 MPa. During the pressure test, the whole process of water injection, exhaust, pressurization, packing and pressure relief is monitored by PLC and IPC, and the test data is automatically recorded and saved. The device was used to test the pressure sealing performance of downhole tools, and the pressure-time curve of the pressure test was obtained. The results show that the device can detect the pressure sealing performance of the downhole tool quickly, accurately and safely, and improve the test pressure and efficiency of the pressure test system, and has strong engineering practicability.
