通过搭建劳务联控平台,实行全过程管控,不断探索新形势下劳务管理的新方法、新途径、新模式,充分调动和发挥劳务施工队伍的积极性、创造性。近年来,中铁四局五公司(以下简称“五公司”)对企业劳务管理体系进行了改革创新,通过完善制度、梳理流程、明确职责、健全体制机制、搭建联控平台和实行全过程监控管理,企业劳务管控水平取得了显著提升,保证了公司持续稳定发展。
