人人都应注意在外观上保持身体的垂直姿势。站、坐和行的正确姿势是保证机体生命活动最有益的条件。保持正确的身体姿势,其目的是在工作期间,甚至在特殊情况下,如负荷加重或长途旅行等,减轻脊柱的负担。图1、2、3、5、6是指在看书、打字、操纵计算机、绘图、写信、开车和看电视时应该做到的坐的正确姿势。请注意:脊柱必须挺直,并保持轻微紧张,而且可以利用工作椅、沙发或者坐椅
Everyone should pay attention to maintaining the appearance of the body’s vertical posture. The correct posture of standing, sitting and walking is the most beneficial condition for ensuring the life activities of the body. Maintain correct body posture with the aim of relieving the burden on the spine during work or even under special circumstances such as increased load or long-distance travel. Figures 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 refer to the correct posture for sitting, reading, typing, manipulating, drawing, writing, driving and watching TV.
