大功率内燃机车用的冷却风扇对于单节4000~6000马力新型内燃机车的设计者来说,柴油机冷却装置是结构最复杂的部件。在这种装置中要解决两个主要问题:第一个问题是既要使驱动冷却风扇的功率达到最低值,又要在所有工况下都能从柴油机的载热介质中散去一定的热量;第二个问题是在动力装置工况和气候条件不断变化的情况下,都要能保持规定的水温和油温。
Cooling Fans for High-Power Diesel Locomotives Diesel cooling units are the most complicated components for designers of new diesel locomotives running between 4,000 and 6,000 horsepower. There are two main problems to be solved in this device. The first problem is to minimize the power of the drive cooling fan and to dissipate a certain amount of heat from the heat-transfer medium of the diesel engine under all operating conditions The second problem is the maintenance of the required water temperature and oil temperature in the ever-changing power plant conditions and climatic conditions.
