领导班子是企业一切活动的中心和核心,领导班子建设好坏与否直接关系着企业的兴衰成败,对企业而言意义重大,影响深远。在传统观念上,对企业领导班子建设的研究重点多被放在了如何确保班子团结上,未能围绕增强领导班子整体功能与合力这个主题,有针对性地、系统地进行研究,事实上,团结并不一定意味着科学和高效,现代企业管理重视的是对领导班子整体功能与合力的研究,只有善于和能够发挥整体功能与合力的领导班子,才能为企业持续健康稳定发展提供科学的决策和高效的管理,才能真正激发企业竞争优势,提高企业核心竞争力。
Leadership is the center and core of all activities of the enterprise.
