原发性高血压和非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)都是与代谢综合征密切相关的疾病。近年来,临床上可见大量高血压合并NAFLD患者,但国内外有关这方面的资料较少。现综合国内外多项研究,从患病率、发病机制、危险因素及预后等方面阐述高血压合并NAFLD的流行现状,重在诠释性别、代谢综合征、基因、环境及药物等危险因素对其发生发展的影响。
