自控能力对人的一生身心发展具有非常重要的作用,幼儿处于人生发展的初级阶段,其自控能力的培养便变得尤为重要。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》明确要求要以多种方式引导幼儿学习自律,由于幼儿自我控制能力受精神系统的发展水平、生活经验、知识水平和自我概念及道德水平等系统因素的影响,因此幼儿自控能力差的特点十分显著,对幼儿自控能力的培养尤为重要。作者根据多年的幼儿园教学经验,建议从幼儿年龄特点、认知等方面入手,讨论幼儿自控力培养的策略,希望能为幼儿自控力培养的研究提供参考依据。
The ability of self-control plays a very important role in the development of a person’s body and mind, and the development of children’s self-control ability has become particularly important in the early stage of life development. “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” (Trial) clearly requires that children should be guided to learn self-discipline in many ways. Because children’s self-control ability is influenced by the development of the mental system, life experience, knowledge level, self-concept and moral level, Therefore, the characteristics of poor self-control ability of children is very significant, the ability of children’s self-control training is particularly important. Based on many years of kindergarten teaching experience, the author suggests to start with the age characteristics of young children, cognition and other aspects to discuss the strategy of nursery self-control training, hoping to provide reference for the study of children’s self-control training.
