试验通过对不同年限连作大豆生长发育的追踪调查和生物产量模拟,探讨了连作大豆产量降低的形态、指标和生理机制.结果表明:2年连作和3年连作导致叶面积(IA)、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶片的生产效率(粒/叶比)和生物产量的积累速率都有所降低,随连作年限加长而降低加剧;连作导致产量性状如株荚数、株粒数、百粒重等均有所降低;2年连作和3年连作使产量降低18.6%和30.3%.
The results showed that 2-year continuous cropping and 3-year continuous cropping resulted in the decrease of leaf area (IA) and leaf area LAI, leaf production efficiency (grain / leaf ratio) and biomass accumulation rate decreased with increasing duration of continuous cropping. The yield traits such as plant number per plant, number of plantlets per plant, Etc .; both 2-year continuous cropping and 3-year continuous cropping reduced the yield by 18.6% and 30.3%.
