采用分光光度法测定格列齐特片的含量。以乙醇为溶剂 ,格列齐特在 2 2 8nm的吸收度在 3.2～ 16 .0 mg/ L 范围内与浓度线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999)。方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .6 5 % ,RSD为 0 .39% ,5批样品含量的 RSD为0 .0 3%～ 0 .71%
Determination of gliclazide tablets by spectrophotometry. With ethanol as solvent, the Gliclazide showed good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the concentration range of 3.2-16.0 mg / L at 2 28 nm. The average recovery of the method was 105.65% with a RSD of 0.39%. The RSDs of the five batches of samples were 0.30% -0.71%
