用原位解剖观察和组织切片的方法研究32例成人心脏的房室隔。结果:中心纤维体为房室隔后上部的主要结构,充当左室流出道后隐窝右壁的“骨架”;房室结贴于中心纤维体下份的右侧,紧位于二尖瓣前、后叶在房室隔上附着的交点的前方;房室束沿室间隔肌部的后缘走向上前,至室间隔膜部的后下缘分出左束支。结合心导管插管术的临床,本文讨论了这些结果的意义。
Atrioventricular septum of 32 adult human beings was studied by means of in situ anatomical observation and histological sectioning. Results: The central fibrous body was the main structure of the upper part of atrioventricular septum and served as the “skeleton” of the right wall of the posterior wall of the left ventricular outflow tract. The atrioventricular node was attached to the right side of the lower part of the central fibrous body, , The posterior leaves in the atrioventricular septum attached to the front of the intersection; atrioventricular bundle along the trailing edge of the muscular sector to the front, to the lower posterior septum diaphragm separation of the left bundle branch. Combined with the clinical experience of cardiac catheterization, we discuss the significance of these results.
