通过调查问卷及访谈,笔者发现英语专业学生自主学习能力薄弱。在对英语专业一年级学生(24人)进行元认知策略培训后,笔者发现元认知策略运用,可以提高学生自主学习能力。因此,提倡在英语教学中对学生进行元认知策略培训,以此促进学生自主学习。
Through questionnaires and interviews, I found that English majors’ ability to learn independently is weak. After training the first-year English majors (24 students) in metacognitive strategy, I found that the use of metacognitive strategies can improve students’ ability to learn independently. Therefore, to promote students in English teaching metacognitive strategy training, in order to promote student learning.
