后张预应力孔道压浆在预应力混凝土施工过程中至关重要,随着公路桥梁施工技术的日新月异和公路营运超大吨位的逐渐出现及试验检测技术和能力的逐步提高,早期的压浆材料和压浆工艺存在的问题将逐渐地显露出来,例如:早期的孔道压浆浆液泌水严重、强度偏低和孔道压浆不饱满的施工难题一直存在。因此,后张预应力孔道压浆的施工质量必须要得到更大幅度的提高,来保证和加强预应力混凝土的施工质量。而要提高后张预应力孔道压浆的质量,必须要提高压浆浆液原材料的质量、了解压浆浆液的性能、并配备专门的制浆设备和制定专业的压浆工艺。
