为探索梨树生长势调控途径,选用矮生型和普通型2种类型梨树为试材,对树体生长发育,激素类物质代谢调控,以及利用嫁接技术对2种类型间的互作机制等进行了试验研究。结果表明:普通型与矮生型梨树在生长发育上存在差异,矮生型在整个生长季节只出现1个生长高峰;2种类型相互转接对抑制生长具一定的作用;在生长期间,使用6-苄基腺嘌呤(BPA)、赤霉素(GA3)涂抹处理普通型梨树,对新梢生长有明显的促进作用;此外,生长素转运抑制剂NPA处理能够显著降低普通型梨树的生长势,矮化调节作用明显。以上结果表明,梨树生长势受内部物质的调控,NPA对梨树生长势具一定的调节作用。
