为了确定适合于Mg10Al0.5Sb合金ECAP挤压的温度和速率,分别在230、250、270和280℃下以1.5、2 mm/min两种速率对合金进行1道次挤压,并研究了不同挤压工艺参数下合金的微观组织与力学性能。研究表明,在相同速率下,随着挤压温度的升高,挤压后合金试样的裂纹减少,合金发生了动态再结晶,力学性能表现为先升高后降低;在280℃下,以1.5mm/min的挤压速率挤压获得的合金试样外观完整,合金的晶粒大小均匀,拉伸强度和伸长率分别为240MPa和3%,比以2mm/min的挤压速率挤压的合金力学性能有所提高。最终得到Mg10Al0.5Sb合金ECAP挤压工艺的温度和速率分别为280℃和1.5mm/min。
