当前社会上出现儿童绘画考级评级,引起许多热心于美术教育的人士关注。对儿童绘画“考级”,目前形成两种观点,一方疾呼考级“停止”;一方坚持考级“可行”。争论的实质是儿童绘画的教育目的、教学方法和如何正确评价儿童的审美和艺术素质问题。下面刊登广州市少年宫美术学校给社会的一封公开信,以及摘编有关“考级”问题论争的材料,供广大读者研究讨论。另外,有一点必须申明:普通学校美术教育,是以素质教育为目的,面向全体学生实施美育的重要环节,同时也是培养具有创新意识和创造能力的重要学科。对此,教育者(包括校外从事儿童绘画教育的工作者)必须有一个正确认识,也希望在讨论中予以高度重视。
At present, there is a grading of children's painting test in the community, which has aroused the concern of many people who are enthusiastic about art education. There are two kinds of views on the “grading test” for children's drawing. One side scurries grading “stop”; the other insists grading is “feasible”. The essence of the debate is the educational purpose of children's drawing, teaching methods and how to correctly evaluate the aesthetic and artistic qualities of children. The following published in Guangzhou City Children's Palace Art School an open letter to the community, as well as excerpts of “grading” controversy material for the majority of readers study and discussion. In addition, it must be affirmed that art education in ordinary schools is an important part of implementing aesthetic education for all students, and is also an important discipline for cultivating students with innovative ideas and creative abilities. In this regard, educators (including off-campus children's drawing and education workers) must have a correct understanding, but also hope that in the discussion to be highly valued.
