由于三相分离器处理工艺相对于传统的沉降罐有较明显的优势,近年来,长庆油田采油三厂推广应用三相分离器进行原油脱水,但是,随着油田开发层系的变化,各区块原油含水、含砂、含气情况均有所变化,三相分离器在现场应用过程中逐渐暴露出一些问题。论文通过对三相分离器现场应用情况分析发现:①由于泥砂不断沉积,排砂效果不理想;②流体冲蚀和腐蚀严重,防腐效果不理想;③部分站点原油含气量低或无气,无气状态下运行存在问题。本文对发现的问题,指出了改进方向,为三相分离器的高效经济运行及现场选择应用起到了一定的指导作用。
In recent years, the Third Oil Recovery Plant of Changqing Oilfield has promoted the use of three-phase separator for the dehydration of crude oil. Through the analysis of the field application of the three-phase separator, it is found that: ① the sand discharge is not satisfactory due to sediment deposition; ② fluid erosion and corrosion are serious, and the anticorrosive effect is not ideal; ③ the gas content of some sites is low or no, There is a problem with gas operation. This article pointed out the direction of improvement for the problems discovered, and played a guiding role in the efficient economic operation and on-site selection and application of the three-phase separator.
