基于朔黄铁路公司点多线长、人员分散的特点,在分公司管内按区段设置站区,实行站区一体化管理模式,是朔黄铁路管理体制创新的成功实践。自设立站区八年多来,走过几经调整、几易职能、不断摸索、不断创新的发展历程,为保证公司各项生产任务的完成,发挥较好的组织、协调和服务作用。实践证明,在公司、分公司两级管理体制下,站区已成为公司管理链条中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分,站区一体化管理的模式是成功的,达到整合资源、协调联动、统管统配、链接无缝的目的,实现“党建促后勤、后勤保党建”双赢的效果。
