高密度发酵制药工业不同来源废水污染物含量差异大。设计采用分类处理方式,对产生量小、污染物含量高的发酵废水和污冷凝水混合液通过吹脱除氨、MAP沉淀除氨脱磷及Fenton法除COD后达标排放;对产生量大、污染物含量低的洗涤废水和生活污水混合液通过PAC和PAM混凝沉淀后达标排放。MAP沉淀除氨脱磷药剂选用硫酸镁和磷酸氢二钠,采用pH8~10,投药比采用n(Mg2+):n(PO43-):n(NH4+)=1.4:1.2:1。该工艺废水综合处理成本约为0.79元/m3,费用低、效果可靠,且变氮磷污染物为优质肥MAP,实现变废为宝。
