随着经济下行压力的持续增大,土地、用工、资金等各个方面要素成本的提高,对中小企业生产经营提出了新的挑战。作为广大中小企业管理者来讲,必须高度重视企业市场营销的重要作用和意义,从关系自身发展壮大的角度出发,不断创新营销理念和方法,推动自身市场营销上水平,实现中小企业的健康发展。本文主要就中小企业市场营销存在的问题和对策进行分析研究。
