本文介绍了反应堆用离子交换树脂的堆内辐照实验。应用堆内测压辐照装置,测量了辐照过程中树脂的气体释放量。在堆外使用同样的装置进行了树脂高温实验,并对气体释放量进行了测定。实验之后,对释放气体的成份均作了定量分析。本实验发现,树脂在高温和高温辐照实验中的分解产物,均与Zr—2合金及1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢发生作用,使其表面发黑。不同的是在高温辐照过程中,树脂分解释放出大量氢气,结果,使Zr—2合金产生氢脆现象。而在高温实验中,树脂放出硫化氢,使1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢受到严重腐蚀。本实验对气体释放量的测量误差,均小于7%(Vol)。
This article describes the in-reactor irradiation of ion exchange resins for reactors. The heap pressure measurement irradiation device was used to measure the amount of gas released from the resin during irradiation. The same apparatus was used outside the reactor for resin high temperature experiments, and the amount of gas released was measured. After the experiment, the components of the gas released were quantitatively analyzed. The experiment found that the resin in the high temperature and high temperature irradiation experiments decomposition products, and Zr-2 alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel to make its surface black. The difference is that during the high temperature irradiation, the resin decomposes to release a large amount of hydrogen, resulting in hydrogen embrittlement of the Zr-2 alloy. In high temperature experiments, the resin released hydrogen sulfide, so that 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel suffered serious corrosion. The experimental measurement of gas emission error, are less than 7% (Vol).
