预期决定行为,行为影响市场。当去年杭州楼市深陷低迷期时,众多购房者一边倒地选择了观望,商铺市场更是惨淡至极。而今年以来,伴随着国内信贷政策的宽松、大量刚性需求的释放,越来越多的投资型需求也不断涌入楼市,住宅存量也在瞬间被大量消化。另外加上“通胀”的预期,如今已有越来越多的购房者转战至商铺市场。可见,购置商铺已成为许多投资者的最佳选择。杭州创基文化传播有限公司董事长刘开皓曾在接受记者采访时明确表示,与炒股,做生意等相比,商铺投资更具稳定性,而且收益更丰。据统计,参与我们本次调查的对象大都为女性,月收入在5000-10000元之间占了36.54%。20-40平方米之间,总价总价20万元以内的商铺成投资首选。
