体育锻炼作为一门科学,是在一定的环境中,依靠特定的器械,通过肢体的反复运动等环节来完成的,只有保障每一个环节都能够不伤害身体健康,才可能通过体育运动达到增强体质的目的。但青少年在运动时由于受到各种因素的影响,时常会发生运动损伤,不仅影响体育教学和自我锻炼的效果,还会对生活,学习与工作造成不良影响,因此积极采取措施预防运动损伤对增强青少年的身体健康和提高运动能力起到重要作用。
