目的观察一种复方外科手消毒液的杀菌性能及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该手消毒液进行实验室和现场消毒试验研究。结果该复方外科手消毒液原液含双烷基二甲基氯化铵2 400mg/L和聚六亚甲基双胍3 500 mg/L。以其原液作用1.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00,对悬液内的白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值>4.00。对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5 000mg/(kg·bw),属实际无毒;多次完整皮肤刺激试验属轻刺激性;急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性。结论该复方外科手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀灭效果,属实际无毒级,对皮肤和黏膜均在安全范围内。
Objective To observe the bactericidal performance and toxicity of a compound surgical hand disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative disinfection test and animal test methods were used to disinfect the disinfectant in laboratory and field. Results The compound surgical disinfectant solution containing dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride 2 400mg / L and polyhexamethylene biguanide 3 500 mg / L. The average killing logarithm of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension was> 5.00, and the average killing logarithm of Candida albicans in the suspension was> 4.00 . Acute oral toxicity of mice LD50> 5 000mg / (kg · bw), is actually non-toxic; multiple complete skin irritation test is light irritant; acute eye irritation test is non-irritating. Conclusion The compound surgical disinfectant has good killing effect on the bacterial propagules and fungi. It belongs to the actual non-toxic grade and possesses a safe range to the skin and mucous membranes.
