前言随着国民经济的飞跃发展,内燃机采用涡轮增压器日益广泛。增压器需要量不断增加,增压器主要涡轮轴的焊接,就成了关键。原先我厂采用手工氩弧焊,不仅工效低,而且质量不易保证,特别是小型增压器因结构限制,密封环槽正处于焊缝区,焊缝硬度低易磨损,直接影响到涡轮轴的使用寿命,因而手工氩弧焊已不能适应生产发展的需要。1975年下半年开始进行摩擦焊调试工作,取得了初步的成效,今年四月份开始用于生产。从目前使用的情况
