目的 :建立了复方益肝片的质量标准。方法 :运用薄层色谱法定性鉴别复方益肝片中的白花蛇舌草、茵陈、佛手。用双波长薄层扫描法定量测定复方益肝片中大黄素的含量。结果 :大黄素在 0 .3～ 1.8μg线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为10 2 .4 % ,RSD为 2 .2 %。结论 :所建立的方法准确、可靠 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound Yigan tablets. Methods : To use TLC for the identification of Hedyotis diffusa, capillaris and bergamot in compound Yigan tablets. Quantitative determination of emodin in compound Yigan Tablets by dual-wavelength thin layer scanning. Results: The emodin had good linearity in the range of 0.3-1.8μg. The average recovery was 102.4% and RSD was 2.2%. Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
