以菌糠吸附结晶紫能力为基础,分别用硫酸铵、草酸铵、丙二酸和氢氧化钠对菌糠进行化学改性,最终确定NaOH为最佳改性剂。探讨改性菌糠对结晶紫的吸附性能,确定NaOH改性菌糠的最优条件:NaOH浓度为0.3mol/L、改性时间为90min。改性后,菌糠对结晶紫的脱色率和吸附量增大到94.34%、19.18mg/g。吸附动力学符合准二级吸附动力学模型。吸附热力学表明:吸附以单层为主。颗粒内扩散模型表明:吸附过程由膜扩散和颗粒内扩散联合控制。
Based on the ability of bacterial chaff to adsorb crystal violet, ammonium chalcone, ammonium oxalate, malonic acid and sodium hydroxide were respectively used to chemically modify the chaff, and NaOH was finally determined as the best modifier. To explore the adsorption properties of modified mushroom bran on crystal violet and to determine the optimal conditions of NaOH modified mushroom bran: NaOH concentration of 0.3mol / L, modification time of 90min. After modification, the decolorization rate and adsorption capacity of fungus bran to crystal violet increased to 94.34% and 19.18mg / g, respectively. Adsorption kinetics fit quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics model. Adsorption thermodynamics shows that adsorption is dominated by monolayer. The intragranular diffusion model shows that the adsorption process is controlled by membrane diffusion and intragranular diffusion.
