我厂最近完成的一项机械非标任务中,有一箱体,因盲孔的设置不合理造成了工艺性很差。现介绍如下: 附图箱体中有三个轴孔,轴I、轴Ⅱ用于齿轮传动,轴Ⅱ供变速齿轮的轴齿条滑动。其中轴Ⅰ的A端与凸缘安装的电动机刚性连接,轴Ⅱ和轴Ⅲ的A端均为盲孔。图中位置公差有“×”者为原设计标注,无“×”者为改进后的标注。从图中可知,由于盲孔和位置公差的限制,箱体
