[目的]研究土壤外源重金属Cr对亚麻形态学指标的影响。[方法]利用盆栽试验的方法,设定0、25、50、125、250、500 mg/kg 6个浓度梯度,分别利用考种和分光光度法测定亚麻的形态学指标。[结果]较低浓度Cr处理对亚麻的分枝数影响不显著,高浓度Cr(≥125mg/kg)胁迫显著降低了亚麻的分枝数(P<0.05);Cr浓度的增加显著降低了亚麻的蒴果数(P<0.05);较低浓度的Cr胁迫能促进亚麻株高、叶片叶绿素浓度的增加,达到峰值后,随着Cr处理浓度的进一步增加,亚麻的株高和叶片叶绿素的浓度则呈现下降趋势。[结论]较低浓度的Cr胁迫处理在一定程度上能够促进亚麻的生长,而高浓度的Cr胁迫则抑制亚麻的生长。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of exogenous heavy metal Cr on morphological characteristics of flax. [Method] The 6 concentration gradients of 0, 25, 50, 125, 250 and 500 mg / kg were set up by pot experiment. The morphological indexes of flax were determined by test and spectrophotometry respectively. [Result] Cr treatment at low concentration had no significant effect on the number of branches of flax. High concentration of Cr (≥125 mg / kg) significantly reduced the number of branches of flax (P <0.05); the increase of Cr decreased the content of flax (P <0.05). Under low Cr stress, the plant height and leaf chlorophyll concentration increased. After reaching the peak value, the plant height and chlorophyll concentration of flax increased with the increase of Cr concentration Showing a downward trend. [Conclusion] The treatment with lower concentration of Cr could promote the growth of flax to a certain extent, while the high concentration of Cr could inhibit the growth of flax.
