以北京联合大学特殊教育学院近10年在校取得学籍的所有残疾大学生发生学籍变动,并在教育部、北京市教委的学籍变动数据库中注册备案的基础数据进行统计分析,发现特殊教育学院残疾大学生学籍变动的主要特点:近年来残疾大学生学籍变动比例总体呈上升趋势;统计结果:1.学籍变动主要表现出9种类型的学籍变动;2.残疾大学生学籍变动中表现出的男同学的变动比例高于女同学的变动比例;3.残疾大学生学籍变动类型中听障生的变动比例高于视障生的比例。4.残疾大学生学籍变动的培养层次是专科高于本科的比例;5.残疾大学生学籍变动类型主要原因是以学习成绩不好为主体。建议:1.教育性原则;2.制定符合残疾大学生学籍管理的规定;3.有针对性地进行残疾大学生学习方法的指导。
