C～3I是指挥控制通信和情报的简称,是五十年代以来,在各种传感器技术、微电子技术、以计算机为核心的信息处理技术、各种通信技术基础上发展起来的一种新型指挥系统。 近十几年来,C～3I系统已经有了飞速的发展,它在现代化作战中的地位和作用,也日益为人们所关注。西方国家把C～3I系统誉为“军事力量倍增器”、“现代化军队的耳目和神经”。苏联则把它看成是继核武器、远程弹道导弹之后的“第三次军事革命”。可见,建立完善的高度自动化的C～3I系统,是当今发展武器装备中的一项极其重要而复杂的任务。
C ~ 3I is the abbreviation of command and control communication and intelligence. Since the 1950s, C ~ 3I has developed a new command based on various sensor technology, microelectronic technology, computer-based information processing technology and various communication technologies system. In recent ten years, C ~ 3I system has been developed rapidly, and its position and role in modern operations are also increasingly concerned about. Western countries regard the C ~ 3I system as a “military force multiplier” and “the auroras and nerves of the modern armed forces.” The Soviet Union sees it as the “third military revolution” after nuclear weapons and long-range ballistic missiles. Therefore, the establishment of a complete and highly automated C ~ 3I system is an extremely important and complex task in the development of weaponry today.
