目的研究~(60)Co治疗机房内辐射场分布,为辐射屏蔽防护设计和放疗设备的性能质量控制提供基础数据,建立估算方法。方法采用热释光TLD对~(60)Co治疗机工作状态下,场所内的辐射剂量空间分布进行研究。结果在同一高度平面,2π范围内,距中心轴等距处的剂量分布呈一致趋势,最大偏差3.9%。在同一高度平面,各角度上的剂量随与中心轴距离增大而呈幂指数衰减。不同高度平面上,地面的剂量最高,机房顶层3 m以上空间剂量分布趋于均匀。结论采用的TLD剂量计测定~(60)Co治疗室内辐射场分布是有效可行的,通过实验数据得到的辐射场剂量分布曲线可用于辐射防护屏蔽设计。
Objective To study the distribution of radiation field in ~ (60) Co treatment room and provide the basic data for the design of radiation shield and the quality control of radiotherapy equipment, and to establish the estimation method. Methods The thermoluminescence TLD was used to study the spatial distribution of radiation dose in the working environment of ~ (60) Co treatment machine. Results In the same height plane and 2π, the dose distribution equidistant from the central axis showed the same trend with the maximum deviation of 3.9%. At the same altitude, the dose at each angle decreases exponentially with increasing distance from the central axis. Different height plane, the highest dose on the ground, the top of the engine room more than 3 m spatial dose distribution tends to be uniform. Conclusion It is feasible and effective to use the TLD dosimeter to measure the indoor radiation field distribution of ~ (60) Co. The radiation dose distribution curve obtained from the experimental data can be used in radiation shielding design.
