我厂使用的40米~2筒型内滤式真空过滤机在试生产时,过滤利用系数为0.1—0.15吨/小时·米~2,滤饼水分在13％左右,不能满足生产要求。通过一年来的现场测定、试验,分析过滤机利用系数低、水分高的主要原因是: 1.铁精矿中矿物组成复杂,含有大量碳酸盐,使矿物粘性大,透气性差,易沉淀,难过滤。
