碱金属对高炉生产的影响是炼铁工作者普遍重视的问题。武钢炼铁原料中碱金属的赋存状态到目前为止,尚未进行系统的研究。为今后的研究工作提供资料,现将近两年来研究中有关情况汇集如下。一、原矿中碱金属的分布武钢烧结矿和球团矿的主要原料系大冶选矿厂生产的磁精矿和氧化精矿。因此,它们含碱金属量的多少,将直接影响后工序所得产品的含碱金属量。 1.大冶磁精矿和氧化精矿化学组成(见表1) 2.大冶磁精矿和氧化精矿矿物组成(见表2~3) 从表1~3可知,原生磁精矿含碱金属远远小于氧化精矿;这些碱金属的带入不是金
The impact of alkali metal on blast furnace production is a common concern of ironmaking workers. So far, there has been no systematic study on the occurrence of alkali metals in WISCO ironmaking raw materials. For the future research work to provide information, now nearly two years of research in the collection of the following.
