研究了SiCp/2024p冷压块在部分重熔过程中的组织演变,并与基体合金进行了对比,探讨了温度对组织的影响。结果表明,冷压块在部分重熔过程中可分为3个阶段:初期晶粒的快速粗化、组织分离与球状化以及后期初生相颗粒的粗化;基体组织的分离快于复合材料,且基体的初生相颗粒尺寸小于复合材料的;重熔温度太高时,半固态浆料品质变差。
The microstructure evolution of SiCp / 2024p cold compact during partial remelting was studied and compared with that of matrix alloy. The effect of temperature on microstructure was also discussed. The results show that the cold compact can be divided into three stages during the partial remelting process: initial coarse coarsening, segregation and spheroidization, and coarse coarsening of the primary coarsening phase. The separation of the matrix is faster than that of the composite, The particle size of the primary phase of the matrix is smaller than that of the composite. When the remelting temperature is too high, the quality of the semi-solid slurry becomes worse.
