使用旧橡胶塞作为注射液包装材料时,我们曾采用《大输液》一书[《大输液》编写组:78页,人民卫生出版社,北京,1977]中介绍的方法,用2%苯酚溶液进行处理后,用于250ml瓶装灭菌注射用水的制备。结果成品按照中国药典(1977年版)的规定进行检验,发现易氧化物不合格。当我们对水质和包装容器分别进行检查时,发现是由于橡胶塞所致。经反复对照实验,用上述方法处理的橡胶塞,检验结论均相同。以后便改用《药剂学》[南京药学院主编:292页,人民卫生出版社,北
When using the old rubber stopper as the injection packaging material, we used the method described in the book “Large Infusion” (“Big Infusion” Compilation Group: 78 pages, People’s Health Publishing House, Beijing, 1977) After treatment, 250ml bottle for the preparation of sterile water for injection. Results The finished product was tested in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977 edition) and found to be unacceptable. When we inspect the water quality and the packaging container respectively, we find that it is due to the rubber plug. After repeated control experiments, using the above method of rubber plug, the test results are the same.
