过去,已经发展了测定与混凝土和易性有关的一些试验方法,如:塌落度试验、流动性试验、贯入度试验、落锤试验、变形试验和密实度试验等。但是,用这些方法来直接测定混凝土的和易性尚有一定的困难。最近,美国提供了直接测定混凝土和易性及确定浇灌成型后的混凝土的密实度的新的控制工具——探针(见图1所示)。其基本操作方法是,将探针垂直插进新拌混凝土里,直插到圆盘为止,然后慢慢地将探针从混凝土中取出,测定残留在探针锥部上的混凝土的高度。此数值即称为和易性指数。
In the past, a number of test methods have been developed for measuring the workability of concrete, such as slump test, fluidity test, penetration test, drop weight test, deformation test, and compactness test. However, there are certain difficulties in directly measuring the workability of concrete using these methods. Recently, the United States has provided a new control tool--probe (see Figure 1)--that directly measures the workability of concrete and determines the compactness of concrete after watering. The basic method of operation is to insert the probe vertically into the fresh concrete and insert it straight into the disk. Then slowly remove the probe from the concrete and measure the height of the concrete remaining on the probe cone. This value is called the workability index.
