各位代表、同志们: 我受第四届理事会和理事长的委托,向大会做工作报告,请予审议。 一、2000年协会主要工作的回顾 2000年是协会发展史上承前启后、继往开来的一年,也是协会在新一届理事会领导下积极探索,工作有新突破的一年。一年来,在国家计委、民政部的指导下、在第四届理事会的正确领导下,我们坚持以邓小平理论、党的基本路线和江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想为指导,认真贯彻落实党的十五大和十五届四中全会、五中全会精神,按照年初确定的工作部署,认真履行协会职能,积极发挥中介组织的作用,加大服务力 Dear delegates and comrades: I was entrusted by the Fourth Council and Director of the Board of Directors to report on the work to the General Assembly and please consider it. I. Review of the main work of the Association in 2000 The year 2000 was the year in which the association’s history of development relied on the past and the future. It was also the year when the association actively explored and made new breakthroughs in its work under the leadership of the new council. In the past year, under the guidance of the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs and under the correct leadership of the Fourth Council, we have been guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Party’s basic line, and Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on the “three represents”. Conscientiously implement the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Party and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the 5th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee. In accordance with the work arrangement determined at the beginning of the year, we will earnestly perform the functions of the association, actively play the role of an intermediary organization, and increase service capabilities.
