研究了23例成人的尺神经内部结构。其中20例用醋酸溶液滴浸,在手术显微镜下解剖分离,3例作断面对照观察。根据显微外科技术的需要,对尺神经干内主要束组作了局部解剖学定位研究。 1.观察测量了尺神经干的位置、形态、粗细、束数,绘制了尺神经干断面的局部定位图。 2.在前臂的下端和掌部,尺神经深股居后象限,浅股居前象限。尺神经手背皮枝束组由前臂中下到中上部,居神经干的内侧。尺神经前臂肌枝,在肘关节附近居神经干的后外端。 3.讨论了显微外科神经束膜缝合术与尺神经主要束组的关系。分析了尺神经易受压损伤的局部解剖结构。
The internal structure of the ulnar nerve of 23 adults was studied. Among them, 20 cases were dipped with acetic acid solution and anatomically separated under the operation microscope. Three cases were sectioned and observed. According to the need of microsurgical technique, the local anatomic localization of the main bundle in the ulnar nerve trunk was made. 1. Observe and measure the position, shape, thickness and number of ulnar nerve trunk, and draw the local positioning map of the ulnar nerve trunk. 2. In the lower arm and forearm, ulnar nerve deep after the home quadrant, shallow quarters before the quadrant. Ulnar nerve branch of the back of the trunk branch from the forearm to the middle to upper middle, ranking the inner side of the nerve stem. Ulnar nerve forearm muscle branches, in the elbow near the outer end of the nerve stem. The relationship between microsurgery and neurofibrillary suture group was discussed. Local anatomy of ulnar nerve vulnerable to compression injury was analyzed.
