目的 探讨MDM2、p53蛋白在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 用免疫组化SP法检测MDM2及p53蛋白在正常宫颈上皮、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 (CIN)、宫颈鳞癌 (SCC)中的表达 ,共 76例。结果 1.随着宫颈病变加重 ,MDM2、p53表达率均渐增高 ,二者在正常宫颈、CIN、SCC的表达率分别为 :MDM2的表达为 0、 13 64%、 4 4 12 %;p53的表达为 5 0 0 %、18 18%、 4 7 0 6%。MDM2、p53在浸润癌组较CIN及正常宫颈组明显增高。 2 .MDM2的表达与p53的聚积在统计学上未显示出有相关性。结论 MDM2、p53可能参与宫颈癌的发生、发展 ,对宫颈癌的诊断和治疗具有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the role of MDM2 and p53 in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MDM2 and p53 protein in normal cervical epithelium, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The expression rates of MDM2 and p53 were gradually increased with the increase of cervical lesions. The expression rates of MDM2 and p53 in normal cervix, CIN and SCC were 0, 13 64% and 4 4 12% respectively. Expressed as 500%, 18 18%, and 4700%. MDM2, p53 in invasive cancer group than CIN and normal cervical group was significantly higher. 2.MDM2 expression and p53 accumulation in the statistical did not show any correlation. Conclusion MDM2 and p53 may be involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and have certain significance for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
