On December 26, 1996, 30 Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee Organization Department, Inner Mongolia Government Personnel Office and Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Association jointly held a grand awarding ceremony to honor the young scientists and technicians who won the first Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Youth Science and Technology Award. Professor Qi Baojia, a young teacher in the Department of Biology of Inner Mongolia Normal University, is on the list. The first Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Youth Science and Technology Award is based on the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China
