基于石膏墙体材料轻质化的目的,采用两种不同的EPS颗粒加入工艺,分别对两种工艺下的耐水石膏材料的表观密度、吸水率、强度、软化系数等性能指标进行对比研究,确定EPS最优的掺入量和加入工艺。研究表明:应优先选择对EPS颗粒进行改性的方式;改性前后的最优掺量均为1.3%,此时改性前后的吸水率分别为33.85%和30.25%;表观密度分别为839.06kg/m3和819.53kg/m3;干抗压强度分别为4.05 MPa和5.22 MPa;干抗折强度分别为2.06 MPa和1.87 MPa;抗压软化系数分别为0.517和0.461;抗折软化系数分别为0.650和0.727。
Based on the purpose of light weighting of gypsum wall materials, two different EPS particle addition technologies were used to compare the performance indexes of apparent density, water absorption, strength and softening coefficient of water-resistant gypsum materials under the two processes respectively. Determine the optimum amount of EPS incorporated into the process. The results show that the method of modification of EPS particles should be prioritized.
