目的:解决影像科PACS信息向临床科室扩展过程中遇到的普遍性问题,实现临床PACS中心规范化、公用平台型建设,降低投入成本,提高系统兼容性和实用性。方法:通过建立标准化中心PACS的病人检查主索引,使用标准DICOM Storage Class协议,接收符合DICOM规范的所有医学影像,并应用IPSAN架构建设存储设备,把不同部门、不同类型的影像数据统一接入临床PACS中心,以满足临床需求。结果:通过对病人识别码的规范和中心PACS数据库规范化建设,使用DICOM Storage SCU/SCP、DICOM Query/Retrieve SCU/SCP服务传送、获取图像信息,实现了不同类型检查数据的统一管理、共享,解决了异构系统兼容性问题。分级数据管理,使用IPSAN网络存储设备和数据无损压缩技术将大大提高存储效能,减少远期投入。结论:使用公共平台型方案建设的中心PACS将具备区域医疗的特性,能接入不同PACS厂商的数据,真正实现投入最优化,信息共享、资源整合最大化。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the general problems encountered in the expansion of PACS information in imaging departments to the clinical departments, to achieve the standardization of PACS center and the construction of public platform type, to reduce input costs and improve system compatibility and practicability. Methods: By setting up the main index of patient examination in PACS of standardization center and using standard DICOM Storage Class protocol to receive all medical images conforming to DICOM standard, and using IPSAN architecture to build storage devices, different departments and different types of image data were integrated into clinical PACS center to meet clinical needs. Results: Through the standardization of the patient ID code and the standardization of the central PACS database, the DICOM Storage SCU / SCP and DICOM Query / Retrieve SCU / SCP service were used to transmit and obtain the image information, which realized the unified management, sharing and solution of different types of inspection data Heterogeneous system compatibility issues. Hierarchical data management, IPSAN network storage devices and data lossless compression technology will greatly improve storage performance and reduce long-term investment. Conclusion: The central PACS, which is constructed by using the public platform solution, will have the characteristics of regional medical services and can access the data of different PACS vendors to truly maximize input, information sharing and resource integration.
