2014年,IBMG一切围绕“为客户持续提升业绩”的服务宗旨,把这套经由实践检验、成熟的业绩提升模式全面推向市场——旧MG“智慧零售”业绩提升训练营。从零售经营的核心本质规律出发,以业绩提升为目标设计学习训练方案,学员通过系统学习训练零售战略、预算、商品、陈列、促销、报表等零售知识、方法、工具和技巧,并有效转化为员工的实际工作能力,解决工作中遇到的各种问题,改善和优化零售经营与管理,使各部门之间协调一致,推动零售企业业绩提升。
