为分析果桑品种(系)亲缘关系,拓展果桑种植资源创新利用新途径。本研究对28份果桑品种(系)进行遗传多样性ISSR分析,结果表明,筛选出的12个通用引物共扩增出68条清晰的条带,其中多态性条带61条,占89.5%,平均每个引物扩增出多态性条带5.6条;遗传相似系数表明,28个资源间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.2741~0.8529;从聚类分析结果来看,可将全部供试材料严格地分为8类,且种间的遗传相似性差异较大。
In order to analyze the genetic relationship of fruit mulberry varieties (lines), explore new ways to innovate and utilize fruit mulberry planting resources. In this study, genetic diversity of 28 mulberry cultivars (lines) was analyzed by ISSR.
